mama(natasha's mom) called me early in the morning to accompany her down to see natasha's sports heat & hockey B division finals .

well i must say sports heat in a girls school is such an eye opener . its such a joy & fun time to see how hysterical yet supportive the crescentians are (: their cheers & screams made me & my aunt laughed so much . congrats to natasha for clinching second place to both her 4X100m relay for Keller house & inter-cca ; hockey . & oh i must say punkhurst red hair & red devil hairband & china doll red cheeks was extremely cute man .

we then head down to town for lunch & soon after i accompanied mama to cute her hair . & omg i swear the talk mama had with the hairdresser was so interesting . since both their children are in reputable & single gender schools , they talked about almost everything & even keeping up with the trend in order to cater to them (: & also the influenceces these school have in place .

okay now onwards its gonna be a long entry . bare with me please .

we rushed down to delta to catched crescent B div finals against st nicks . although we were 15 mins late , we didnt missed out much .

frankly i think crescent did great . seeing how much aggression & determination they put in while playing . seeing how much pride they had while running around with those sticks amazed me . needless to say , the game was very tensed & anxiety aroused at every single moment .

but what made me reflect alot was as to how high their school spirit & constance support to keep the team going strong . the cheers & screams of the players name is one thing you wouldnt see in every school . even st nicks school spirit wasn't that high & the people arent that supportive .

despite losing to st nicks by 2-0 on flicks during the end , i dare say the entire divison was a strong squad & of a great bond . it pains everyone's heart to see the entire squad simply fell on their knees , hug & started crying when st nicks was the winner . the tears in their eyes was evident as to how much they seriously wanted this & had trained so hard for .

this action was a total eye opener & touched my heart . the entire B div held hands in a row & move towards the crowd & bow down depsite tears filling up their eyes . tell me which school or how many would do this after a hard fall ? they were strong enough to pull themselves together & not let it affect them that much . the words of wisdom from the captain , her dedication & her hugs of comfort , made them stronger both as a person & a team . a job well done to crescent hockey B division . being in the finals of second position was a wonderful success . you girls made me see what a true sportsmanship is & the determination & passion you had in the game & in the pitch .

the entire day made me reflect alot . i sincerely hope the juniors would do somehting about the current band situation . i'm very sure you guys wanted the Gold medal so hard . work for it please . it doesnt come easy .. (: have some initiative & bond as a band . yes one band . learn to open up & learn to help one another . i'm sure if you really work hard to something you wanted badly , you'll achieve it . i wanted it really badly & i'm sure deep down so do you . with sheer hardwork & determination you'll be able to soar juniors . make US proud . make the school proud . & most importantly , make YOURSELF proud & have some great sense of satisfaction .
