Night runs are thereapeutic!
I could have gone further, but my unhealthy body was giving way.
Partly also, Pastamania was too heavy a dinner. We shall stick to half a packet of chicken rice!

I got home at 1015PM today & found three packages on my table!

I have this love-hate relationship with Sports Law.
Wahid Dawood enlighten me so much today, I love his knowledge & lessons man!
Plus he does like proper lecture, not our same ol' facilitation.
I CAN BE A POLITICIAN OR PART OF A GOVERNMENT BODY BECAUSE NOW I KNOW SO MUCH! EVEN US BASED! *clap hands, dances around lol*
But I hate it when we have to like research for an existing law/act to implement in Sngapore Sports Industry!
How retarded is that as we have tons and tons of laws/acts!?
It doesn't help that Singapore is inexistent for such stuff.
Ggrrrr I felt so stupid and unproductive just now I was so close in killing myself to give up!
It doesn't help not much online resource, books are like too wordy & dry.

I love how the lesson progress today.
Hoorah to mahjong paper & intriguing goal setting plan(for mine is tennis!).
But CM is a really good faci, she just gotta be less long winded.

Anyway during one of the discussion, we shared our thoughts on defining fat and losing weight.
Everyone including the faci claimed I am considered very skinny.
They warned me against dieting(although I had murtabak for break fast, looks at lynnette!) & being caught off-guard, I got pretty defensive.
My convincing words to the class and my messed up mind don't work well together.
Physically I look like one.
I can buy a topshop 6 & still look big in it. So hohoho petite section to the rescue!
But we can never be contented with ourselves, agree?
You may be free to think I've a puerile mindset, but I do want to look like how I used to back in secondary school!

Fasting hasn't been helping me in my diet.
Been eating like an uncivilized pig because I tend to skip the dawn meals.
For instance on Saturday whereby the cousins ate together, we kept yacking away & stuffing food inside the mouth!
Oh gosh!
I wish I always have that much self-esteem.
But aye isn't the society all about acceptance & being very appealing?

I feel so out of place & queasy(not literally) cause I no longer have that comfort zone that I used to.

I don't deem slippers to school very unprofessional or appalling.
& its not like I wear it everyday lah!
We're in a polytechnic, I'm sure we all know where to draw the line. We obviously won't wear it during PP / FYP Presentation. Or in my case, on days whereby we have to create a sport/activity for the needs of various people.
Geez RP, you give yourself a bad name through PBL system.
I'm very sure this slipper rule will help your reputation one bit.
