Screwed up my body clock all over again.
It's not cool to be up at 5am feeling all restless and worn our but your body refuses to shut.
Every single (fucking) day, I mental note myself to let the body give in but nooooooo.
Yes I can survive with just an hr of sleep. Tested & proven during my 9 months teaching stint.
I can even survive without sleep!
(2011 New Year - home at 330am, was occupied till 930, ate bfast shower, Nenek bday buffet at Hyatt, starbucks + tauhuay with my hockey boys till 1030pm!)
But hell yeah is it taking it's toll on my health.
Sick for more than 10 times in half a year.
Extremely ridiculous! Right now I'm suffering from extreme exhaustion from my lack of sleep

Needless to say, cranky me x10!
I've people suggesting doctor consultation & sleeping pills but I do not wish to stretch out to such an extent.
My whole life my body is dependent on medication & check ups to keep me in one piece.. (though i'm proud to say I can nw function without hormonal & cycle pills yayyyy!)
I am sure I can escape frm it this time round. At least my parents aren't aware.
On the contrary.. I hate how this lack of sleep is contributing to my weight gain. Sighhhh.
Not pretty, still want to make me fat & unappealing.
